The Promenade Shops at
Evergreen Walk

Spazzarini Construction Company, Inc. worked as site contractor under Hoar Construction, LLC (general contractor) during the construction of this 1.2 million square foot lifestyle center created by developer Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers. Fifty-Six acres were cleared to make room for more than fifty upscale retailers and restaurateurs now occupying the buildings erected for this project.

ING Life Insurance & Annuity Company
(Windsor Regional Office)

Spazzarini Construction Company, Inc. was awarded the general contract for site work for the construction of the Regional Office Headquarters of ING Life Insurance & Annuity Company. Spazzarini paired with the Boston office of Trammell Crow Company in this 47 acre project which is on schedule to be complete in the fall of 2007. To the right are some photos that illustrate the site work that was done on this project.

North Haven Pavilion

Spazzarini Construction Company, Inc. worked as site contractor under Regional Construction Corporation (general contractor) for the construction of this 18 acres project developed for National Realty & Development Corp (NRDC). Upon completion, the North Haven Pavilion became home to 20 stores including Target, Sports Authority and Michael's as anchor stores for the complex.

Route 190 Improvements

Spazzarini Construction Company, Inc. was awarded the general contract for improvements on Route 190 at the intersections of Middle Road & Palomba Road and South Road & Elm Street in Enfield. This contract was awarded and overseen by the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
